The Nation: DNC Hack Was 'Inside Job,' Not by Russia

The Democratic National Committee was not hacked by Russia — nor by anyone else — but instead was "an inside job by someone with access to the DNC's system," according to a report in The Nation.

"There was no hack of the Democratic National Committee's system on July 5 last year — not by the Russians, not by anyone else," according to the Nation's report, referencing conclusions by a group of former NSA computer experts.

"Hard science now demonstrates it was a leak — a download executed locally with a memory key or a similarly portable data-storage device.

That is, apparently, the conclusion by a group of intelligence experts who know what they're doing.  The metadata on the files that were dumped is apparently very inconsistent with an actual Russian hack and very consistent with a sloppy inside job.

Really, right now, the biggest threat to my efforts comes from people trying to conflate Guccifer 2.0 with entities we have no indication of him having any connection with (eg. the Awans, Seth Rich, etc), as such conflations will be used by the MSM to try to make out that anyone investigating any of these subjects individually must inherently believe in all conspiracy theories, etc.

The Nation is a hard left publication.
They want to stop the distraction of this false reason and move on to the "real" reason Hillary Clinton lost.

I will save The Nation some time: she was an unlikable person, a horrible candidate, was far to the left of middle America and should be in jail.

The way-less-left Jim Webb would have easily beaten Trump, but the DNC decided to pull out all stops to coronate their queen, disenfranchising union workers, Bernie supporters, Reagan-democrats and Kennedy-democrats.
