He was  one of the better researchers.

I think he swallowed too much of the disinformation but he was a solid researcher who could think outside the box. He'll be missed.

My impression was that the wikipedia entry was very quick and nothing else was reporting on his death yet.

...but of course, he was also trying to sell magazines.  Considering the alternatives, I find it better that he would take chances on sketchy sources or tales.  Thanks Quix for posting this.

I AGREE.

Again ... the fact is ... it was the  flakey sources that earliest and most accurately predicted who  Hitler would become and what he would do.

And Jim Marrs was one of the least flakey.
