There are "hooligan" books, often, these fellows were too aggressive; but if you read what they say, in some instances, I don't know the word, not harmless fun but not trying to kill each other either. Let's not forget, that fellow who was at the London Bridge attack appeared to be a big Millwall supporter (hooligan? I don't know). So, very sad, a lot of ruined lives. Amazon has a number of hooligan books. Of course, this hooliganism was a problem 35 years ago more or less. It's not nearly like that anymore, the occasional attack.
And we've had a tiny, tiny bit of it as well, the Dodgers/Giants fans in baseball have had a few incidences.
