'Appalling' cyclist hit-and-run captured on CCTV
A woman was knocked off her bike and left injured in the middle of a road in an "appalling" hit and run.
The cyclist said her "lucky rucksack" cushioned her head as she fell, and she has now come out of hospital.

Okay, very bad to hit and run. I am also looking to see, was this at night? It appears so with the lights on, there seems to be rain as well. Cyclists need to ride defensively as well.
