Won't Rand Paul vote against it as well?

Apparently Rand Paul is a definite 'no' at this point, but Mike Lee is still waiting to see the absolute final version and be sure no special little McConnell provisions sneak in.

I'm assuming that Cruz is in the same boat.  If they leave the Lee/Cruz amendment, those two may vote for it.  I'm not sure what I think about that.

If the bill meets the Cruz/Lee test, I'm all for it.

Exactly.

Yep!

Have Medicare, with BC/BS supplemental.    I had to arm-wrestle my primary doctor to authorize an MRI.

Exactly ... we'd probably die while waiting for them to schedule surgery and for the insurance company to approve the surgery.  A blood clot that size is nothing to play around with.

I need an MRI on my head (pain behind my left eye.)  Still waiting for it to be scheduled after a month.

The blood clot was on his brain.  They removed the bone above his eye to get to the clot.  They have sent it out to see if it is cancer.

Lucky for him, he will receive the best of care unlike the rest of us who would have more than likely had to wait weeks for the appointment to be scheduled and for insurance to approve the surgery and payment.

I wish McCain no ill will, but I am hoping that there is a silver lining to this and he decides to finally retire!

It sounds very dire for McCain.

Interesting.  I have pain (sometimes sharp) behind my left eye as well.  I went to a retina specialist and to an ophthalmologist...everything was fine, so I never really said anything to my GP.

Not to be crass but wasn't that the state McCain was already in?

Any surgery for McCain in the head region is fraught with danger, with his advanced Melanoma.

But he gets the best health care in the world (he's Political Class, a step above regular rich people), so he'll pull through.  He's working the "Ted Kennedy" model.  He leaves office tits up and feet first.  He's Senator for Life, make no mistake.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16

Nothing that I know of, but his T-shirt expresses concern, according to his Avatar.
