nonpartisan, organization
committed to ensuring political and
economic parity for Latinas
through leadership, advocacy and
education to benefit all
communities and the status of
women. For the past 15 years
HOPE has advocated for access to
quality affordable healthcare.
HOPE is a grantee of The
California Endowment. In
partnership with the Dream
Summer National Internship
program at UCLA this guide was
created. The California
Endowment is a private,
statewide health foundation with a
mission to build a stronger state by
expanding access to affordable,
quality health care to underserved,
uninsured communities and
improving the overal
l health of all
Californians.
