Coast Guard plane clips runway at San Francisco airport

SAN FRANCISCO — The U.S. Coast Guard says it's investigating what led the propeller of one of its twin-engine planes to clip a runway at San Francisco International Airport as the aircraft prepared to take off. There were no injuries.
