Trump: Putin would prefer Hillary Clinton as U.S. president

By Nolan D. McCaskill

President Donald Trump claimed Wednesday that his Russian counterpart would rather see Hillary Clinton as president, despite the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that the Kremlin meddled in the 2016 election to boost Trump over the Democratic nominee.

“We are the most powerful country in the world and we are getting more and more powerful because I’m a big military person,” Trump told CBN’s Pat Robertson in an interview set to air in full Thursday morning on the “700 Club.” “As an example, if Hillary had won, our military would be decimated. Our energy would be much more expensive.”

That, Trump continued, is what Russian President Vladimir Putin “doesn't like about me.”

A little more ....

Quote
The president criticized people who say he shouldn’t get along with Putin, asking, “Well, who are the people that are saying that?”

“I think we get along very, very well,” he added. “We are a tremendously powerful nuclear power, and so are they. It doesn’t make sense not to have some kind of a relationship.”

If he had any real preference in the last election, wouldn't it have been Bernie?  They don't necessarily prefer one person, but you can bet they love the division.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

Well, he's not a big military person.  He's a larger than average civilian.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

I think the natural preference is/was Hillary.  The CGI pay-to-play alone was enough to blackmail her --- and they may need a reliable source for more uranium in the future.

Not to mention Obama and Hillary gave Putin everything he wanted on a silver platter, then asked, "anything else sir"?
