Previously Deported Child Rapist RE-Arrested In Texas
July 8, 2017

EAGLE PASS, TX (San Angelo Live) – U.S. Border Patrol agents working in Eagle Pass arrested a man who was previously convicted of sexual assault on a minor.

On June 24, border patrol agents arrested Michell Tapia Tizcareno, a 26-year-old Mexican national, while patrolling the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, according to a U.S. customs and border patrol press release.
