Louisiana Police Officer Files Lawsuit Against BLM Movement Leaders

A police officer who was wounded in an ambush in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, last July just stunned the Black Lives Matter movement with a lawsuit accusing several of its top leaders of inciting violence.

According to the Baton Rouge Advocate, a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court accuses Black Lives Matter movement leaders DeRay Mckesson, Johnetta “Netta” Elzie and three others with having  “incited violence against police.”

The suit alleges that the BLM activists’ rhetoric against law enforcement encouraged 29-year-old Gavin Long to kill three Baton Rouge police officers in an attack on July 17, 2016, according to Fox News.
