Liberals Are in Trouble – and They Know It

Conservatives often complain about the lamentable state of their movement. They would do well to look left.  Liberals are in greater trouble, and they know it.

The recent special elections for vacant House seats made this evident. The thrashing liberals received in the 2016 elections were also a sign of an inability to communicate their message.  Gone are the days in which liberals worked inside a consensus and engaged in debate with others. Everywhere, liberal democracy seems to be endangered by the breakdown of political discourse.

As I remember it, the republican party was declared dead after the 2012 elections.  Don't be too quick to count your democrats before they hatch.

I kept telling the Democrats/Liberals/Progressives that they were wrong. They refused to accept it. They kept importing Latinos/Hispanics because they were sure these stupid little brown people would vote for snow white, rich, yuppie, Liberals. LOL. I knew this wouldn't work.


Regardless of the ingrained thinking of Liberals, Latinos are not robots. They do not automatically vote for Liberals, just because. The Latino/Hispanic culture is typically religious Catholic and is largely pro-American. They are not going to vote for 'transgender rights', 'bathroom rights', gay marriage, socialist autocracy, Leftist anarchy, abortion, and all the rest of the weirdo special interests that the Democrats represent.


Most of the Latino/Hispanics I know are family oriented and patriotic. The Democrats may have dug their own grave buy importing all of these family oriented, honorable, people, because they were sure they would vote Democrat. Most Latinos/Hispanics who are here legally are against illegal immigration.


The Democrats made a wild miscalculation on this idea, and they may not be able to recover from it.

Too much money from the ultra-rich to stop and be smart.

Only when the money dries up will it cease.

This is due to a great crisis inside the left worldwide. It is no longer a movement of ideas. Liberals have no new ideas because they have adopted such an extreme relativism that they no longer strongly believe in anything. Everything is fluid and undefined. In this way, they have undermined their own foundation of logic and authority that is essential to the functioning of any political movement.

Leading up to the elections of 1860 the Democrat Party split into two factions.  The factions essentially split into North and South Democrats due primarily to their own economic concerns.  This action caused a splitting of the votes, a split electoral college, and the election the upstart Republican Party candidate - Abraham Lincoln.
