The hidden costs in the new immigration bills

By Danny Cevallos, CNN Legal Analyst

Updated 2:01 PM ET, Tue July 4, 2017

(CNN)The House of Representatives has passed two bills, the "No Sanctuary for Criminals Act" and "Kate's Law," which are both part of the strict immigration changes President Donald Trump promised during his campaign.
One of these laws demands states assist in enforcing tight immigration controls and the other punishes repeat reentry of convicted, deported criminals by increasing federal prison sentences. Together, the laws seek compliance with federal immigration policies -- carrying harsh penalties for states and convicted noncitizens alike.

This clown is suddenly worried about the cost of a fence but I'll bet he wasn't the least concerned as Obama ran the debt up by trillions of dollars.  And he's worried about "Constitutionality?"  I'd speculate the author wasn't concerned about the Constitutionality of Obamacare.  It took a loooooooooooong stretch of imagination by John Roberts to call it a tax to make it "Constitutional," especially when democrats didn't approach the court with that concept. :tongue2:
