President Trump will spend the Fourth of July at the White House with military families and his staff for an evening of celebration, maintaining a tradition that presidents have observed for decades.
Trump and first lady Melania Trump will first join a picnic with military families on the South Lawn before watching a fireworks display from the Truman Balcony on Tuesday, according to the White House.
