Ismail Kamoka was jailed for three years and nine months in 2007 for sending cash to the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) as well as giving out false passports.Salman Abedi, the 22-year-old terrorist who murdered 22 people in a suicide bombing at Manchester Arena last month, has been linked to the LIFG. Kamoka, 51, moved to the UK in 1994 before claiming political asylum.
