Senator Angus King Confirms Trump-Russia Witch Hunt Will Drag on Into 2018 Elections

The greatest thing that the Democrats have going for them is a pack of unstable fanatics as their base who have come to believe that the Russians have infiltrated the U.S. government.

While the enthusiasm to impeach President Trump for treason sometimes spills over into violence like when Bernie Bro James T. Hodgkinson tried to murder dozens of GOP members of Congress last week, it’s a small price to pay to keep the troops hopped up on Russiaphobia.

Given that the average independent counsel/special prosecutor case lasts over 900 days, I don't find this surprising in the least.  The Clinton/Whitewater investigation lasted over 8 years.  Iran/Contra lasted over 6 years.  Mueller was appointed a little over a month ago.  I think we'll be able to look forward to possibly years of Presidential tweets condemning the investigation (and tweets that can possibly be used against the President).
