In a related study, I bet they found that consuming a fifth of Whiskey and a baked potato reduced depression in Irish-Americans.

I've been so depressed lately I'm willing to try it. Not the whiskey. The tai chi.

G-d bless America. G-d bless us all

Adopt a puppy or kitty from your local shelter
Or an older dog or cat. They're true love❤️

Watch some Tai Chi on youtube, I've seen people do it also in the gym, some of those moves do seem free flowing. Oh, also, some of those moves seem similar to what Caine did on Kung Fu; I can see how they might feel relaxing.
