WASHINGTON — The Latest on President Donald Trump’s announcement that he’s pulling the U.S. out of the Paris climate accord. (all times EDT):

8:10 a.m.

African nations are protesting the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement as the world’s poorest continent seeks financial help in combating global warming.

South Africa’s government calls the U.S. pullout “an abdication of global responsibility.”

This was always about taking money from the wealthier nations and giving it to others.

Now the would-be recipients of OUR money are crying.

More tangible evidence that this was a huge wealth transfer scheme. I'll bet all these rat hole countries already had the money spent.
Now the leaders have to get their deposit back from the Rolls dealer.
