Just saw her on FOX. Her words were indeed a bit odd. "He grabbed him by either side of the neck with both hands." At first I thought she meant the shoulders, but she took her hands and put them by the outside of her throat, which at that point I assumed she meant the Gov grabbed him by the neck and threw him down to the ground.
