There is no credible evidence of him talking to paramedics. Where is some evidence (credible???) that says he was alive then transported to the hospital.

If he was shot in the back from some distance, it's likely he had no clue why he had been shot, so there wouldn't be much to tell.

He didn't know he was shot.  He had no idea he was going to die.  Why would he tell them?

At least Art Bell had the decency to remind people every once in a while that he made no claims about the validity of his guests and that he was essentially an entertainer.
