There is no doubt in my mind.  Zero doubt that Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy.  I lived in Irving at the time and our best friends lived across the street from Oswald's wife.  He was a kook.  Look up his life story.

It is always the lone kook that does these things.  Prior to shooting Kennedy, Oswald had attempted to kill a former general he didn't like. 

Who killed John Lennon?  A loner kook.  I could name many more.

It may be more fun to figure out conspiracy theories about that (and apparently it is) but I'm not buying it.

This Seth thing is entirely different though.

As for Dorothy's death, that's a pretty common way to go among a certain group of people.

Dorthy was the only reporter to interview Jack Ruby.  She never said Lee Harvey was not the shooter, she was looking into why Kennedy was killed.

On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed.

We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.

I KNOW THAT SETH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK. I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.

“He wanted to change that from the inside.”

I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015. In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements. In the meantime, I will make no further comment.

Your first if - was Rich in fact Panda - is the only stumbling block.

Kim Dotcom (it is really strange writing that out) has already been shown in the seemingly eternal megaupload investigation to be slightly obsessive about documenting EVERYTHING. So if he says he was in contact with Panda in 2014 - he was in contact with Panda in 2014. He can probably tell you to the second the first communication date.

That is interesting.  I had forgotten that she interviewed Jack Ruby.  We were standing on a little plaza right across from the old Red Courthouse waiting for Oswald to be brought over.  One person in the group had a little radio and he heard them say that Oswald had been shot.  We all just looked at each other.

My husband and I then got in our car and drove over to Parkland Hospital where they were taking Oswald.  Don't ask me why... we were just so into that weird series of events.  Of course, we saw nothing there.

So we then drove to our friend's house across the street from Marina Oswald only to find that there was a police presence at the end of the street keeping people from going in.  Shortly thereafter, the police got the word that It Was Over and let us go in.

What bothers me is the family didn't have a problem with Hillary mentioning the death and tying it into her anti-gun plan. Was that not politicizing also? So basically the family only had a problem with some on the right.
