The Democrats Do the Hokey-Pokey

Do you remember the nursery school song about the Hokey Pokey? This week, this part of the song kept running though my head:
You put your left foot in,
You put your left foot out,
You put your left foot in and shake it all about.
You do the hokey pokey,
And you turn yourself around,
That’s what it’s all about.
