Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov has denied discussing Comey with President Trump.

But wait, if Lavrov and Trump didn’t discuss Comey then how did Trump say anything about firing the “nut job”? What happens to that whole narrative?!

 reasons. They see them both as traitors to their globalist cause. The Russians overthrew communism,something which the left considers to be unforgivable,and Trump is a NYC Billionaire Dim that was previously welcome in their social circles,who took a hard right turn and ran for President,thereby becoming a "traitor to his own kind".

Well, I suppose that is at least a little better than discussing his 'crowd size' with the Russians, like he did with the FBI.

Also wanted to mention that I do not believe anyone from the WH has denied the conversation took place. In fact at least one other WH official said that Trump said what he did as a negotiating tactic.

I find it rather odd that the Russians seem so eager to cover up and lie for Trump. What's that all about? And of course there is the fact that these are Russians. I wouldn't put much stock in anything they had to say. They do not have our best interests at heart.

American media vs Russians....you're right, that's a tough call. In this case, all the parties in the room...above and beyond Lavrov...are concurring on what was said and not said. We have no evidence to the contrary. As such, its pretty easy to ignore another grotesquely biased "innuendo/rumor" report from the MSM. So yes, in this Lavrov is vastly more believable than the media...which by its own report has only 2nd hand rumor to go on.

   Very good point @Emjay, Motives abound in their stated Agendas, all 3 of them that you mention.  Can I ask a hypothetical to illustrate my point? Do you think Lavrov would have made a similar statement to protect obummer or hellary from the fallout of saying they just fired their 'nutjob' FBI Director?  I doubt it, Motives, again. I've never, ever trusted the Russians being a problem child of the 50's & 60's and though I post articles from both the Compost and NYT, they are for discussion only, I don't trust them either.
