PLATELL'S PEOPLE: Pippa Middleton's wedding is big on money and short on classBy Amanda Platell for The Daily MailPublished: 20:07 EDT, 19 May 2017 | Updated: 03:40 EDT, 20 May 2017All that’s missing are the gaudy matrimonial thrones for the newlyweds to be photographed on by Hello! magazine. The couple are clearly in love and I wish them every happiness. But with 300 ‘close’ family and friends, a £40,000 dress, a £100,000 glass marquee and 17lb of Beluga caviar, it seems the only thing Pippa Middleton’s wedding is short of is good taste. To be fair, Pippa always faced a dilemma. How could she compete with the pageantry of sister Kate’s nuptials? By throwing money at it, that’s how! Experts estimate the cost must be nearly £1 million. But when your intended, James Matthews, is a hedge-fund multi- millionaire, money and vulgarity are not in short supply. Only class is. ...

It's happening now! Start posting photos here, and especially those of the hats, and the royal babies. And of course, the bride and groom.
I love her dress:
I love that last pic @mystery-ak . She is a real mom!
The UK has that. We have this.
We have the worst of showbiz royalty and the worst of political royalty, it seems.
The dress looks lovely on her. Nice to see a tasteful dress for a change. So many these days are not.
I like Pippa's dress. Love the pic of Kate setting her son straight, lol. But, you guys...don't flame me, but I don't like Kate's dress and hat. I think it's very matronly, and the dusty rose color doesn't do anything for her.
