I wonder if she thinks that's how a royal mum has to dress?  And I know they do have to be very demure, but, geez...I did a double take when I saw that outfit.  She could have chosen something very simple and tasteful without looking like her own great aunt.

It looked rather, well, dowdy! She can still glam it up. I still think she was just trying too hard not to upstage the bride. I mean, she is the future queen. How do you follow that up if you're Pippa, lol!

Kate has good taste in clothes..I bet Pippa picked that out for Kate...lol

The cut of the dress in the breast area is huge and doesn't fit right.....awful dress for a young woman.

I didn't recognize it was Kate until I read the post that she got stuck minding the kids.  After scrolling to look and blinking several times, I thought like the rest of you that she must have dressed to give Pippa her day.  I don't believe I've ever seen her appear dowdy before.  That dress looks like she took it out of her grandmother's trunk in the attic and didn't have time to alter it to fit.
