Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke Says He’s Taking Homeland Security Job

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says he has accepted a top position at the Department of Homeland Security, he announced during a radio interview Wednesday.

“I’m both honored and humbled to be a appointed to this position…working for the Trump administration in this position,” Clarke said during an interview with Milwaukee’s WISN.

Clarke, a conservative Democrat, will reportedly take the position of assistant secretary at the agency, which is led by retired Gen. John Kelly.

Interesting. I've listened to Clarke many times ... he should be perfect for helping to clean up the town!
