Long ago, when I worked as a programmer for the Texas department for the blind and physically handicapped, they gave us these cards to learn to read the simplest level of braille. For over a year it was our little joke that one of the braille subtitles on a sign in the hall... was upside down. About a year later, they put out a suggestion box... and we submitted the suggestion that they correct the upside down braille sigh in the hall (with specific directions which one). Took them less than two hours to fix the issue... I'm guessing someone was horrified.
