Take this with a few grains of salt. Youtube is full of these things, claiming all sorts of stuff that isn't actually happening. So far as I know, the AF is looking at some light turboprop COIN aircraft to supplement the A-10, but no major replacement for it. And there's been some push to claim that the F-35 can take over the A-10 role (which we all know it can't), although the push-back has prevented the long-desired-by-the-fighter-mafia retirement altogether of the A-10s.
