Phoenix police arrest ‘serial shooter’ wanted for killing nine people in reign of terror

A 23-year-old Arizona man has been accused of a string of shootings that terrified the Phoenix area and claimed nine lives.
Authorities said Monday that Aaron Saucedo was the “serial shooter” who targeted victims over a four-month span starting last March.
The then-unidentified gunman was thought to have killed seven people and wounded two others, though police now say the first of nine victims was a friend of Saucedo’s mother who was killed in 2015.
Saucedo now faces more than 20 counts including homicide, assault and drive-by shooting.

I recall someone who I thought was shooting at moving cars in Arizona/Phoenix area, this must be that story except:
The victims were either standing out on the street or sitting in their cars.
Very sad, glad they caught him but not before a number of people were killed.
