The guy is dead so who cares if it was designated a hate crime or not. All killing is hate and since they can't resurrect him and give him more jail time for being a hater why discus this at all or has our country completely gone around the bend and is totally insane.
The problem is that if the cops are going to tally this as a hate crime, then they are padding the figures. Next year the MSM slime will claim there was an uptick in hate crimes because of the GOP/Donny/White People and the cycle of bullshit will continue.
