The United States Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a case on the issue of expedited removal of individuals who have their claims for asylum denied by an immigration judge.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last August that illegal alien non-citizens do not have a constitutional right to due process if they are denied asylum. The ruling was challenged by 28 women and 33 children from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. These illegal immigrants were detained in Texas shortly after crossing the border and claimed asylum, but the judge denied their asylum saying they lacked ‘credible fear’ for persecution and ordered them removed.

I went to the posted article and couldn't find out any details as to which justices denied certiori. I'll bet Gorsuch had a lot to do with this...

Finally. The liberal hypocrisy on this makes you puke.

If a GOP President farts in the direction of another country, the liberals go apoplectic that we are violation the sovereignty of that country and it's citizens and we have no right to impose our laws, culture, or morals on it.

But suddenly if their people want to invade, excuse me - immigrate - to ours, well then they are automatically protected by the Constitution even if sitting outside our borders in their own country.

Total liberal BS trying to have it both ways. Glad the courts slammed the door on this.
