Um.... check again.   You started it.....by being crass, crude and rude (and sexist) to a female member of this forum.  I chimed in.  You don't like that?  Tough chit.

I sniped back to @musiclady  because she was referring me to as a boy (as she always does in numerous threads) and not  a real man in a previous thread above my comment to her. Questioning my masculinity so to speak.. Go through the entire thread,  she started it. I just dished it back to her.

@CatherineofAragon  said this to me in italics

 @mirraflake

"A little skinny", my butt.  She's bony and there isn't an ounce of flesh on her, and she's no improvement at all on fat.

Women should have curves and shape.  She has none.  I actually get squicked out looking at her.

and @musiclady  remarked to CatherinofAragon clearly referencing me and my lack of being a man in her humble opinion

Maybe the problem here is that women with curves and shape only appeal to real men and not boys.  :pondering:

Lol.... okay, okay.  I'm over it.  And no, I didn't have time to read the entire thread to see 'who started it' (chicken?  egg?)

And I don't even really give a crap about Coulter OR how skinny she is, for the record.  I just can't stand her voice.... like nails on a blackboard....grating.

I can't believe anyone is here arguing that Ann Coulter isn't skinny.

Must not have much happening in his real life......  :pondering:

I don't have time this busy morning to comment on Ann Coulter's politics or Berkeley's invitation/non-invitation to speak,  but I will chime in on the truly burning issue of the day:

Yes, I'd hit that.    :beer:

   Hey, I don't hate her, I may have burned 2 of her books, that I had purchased, in November of last year, Sarah had two books in there also, and a DVD, but hate is a strong word, @Right_in_Virginia  in my defense, it was a cold November last year in Texas, especially that 2nd week.

@corbe

Lol

I had all of her books.  Last fall, after the comment about abortions in the White House, I decided I would get rid of them, and then forgot about it.

A few days later I noticed a blank space in the bookshelves.  I asked my husband where Coulter's books were.

Answer: "At the dump."

Lol no it doesn't. Maybe 50 years ago grandma.

Code for "I'm edgy and hip and not like the rest of you!"  @mirraflake, why don't you just paint it on a billboard, lol?

Today, Curves curvey is the new politically correct anti fat shaming codeword fat women use to describe themselves to make them feel better about themselves. Period. End of story.

Not for me.  I don't allow words to be redefined by the PC police.  Curvy means what it's always meant.  Why do you go along with such crap when you know what the word means?

Squicked out?   lolol   (new term, love it)

@XenaLee

I saw it somewhere and thought it was really descriptive, lol.

It nails how I feel when the house centipedes start showing up in the spring...or maybe "panic attack" is better.  Yeah, definitely better.

Sorry   :hijack:

The latest I'm hearing is that Berkley's steady stream of bullsh*t in their 'attempt' to accommodate Ms. Coulter...adding conditions, etc., she is threatening to sue and demands the date NOT be moved.

I'm in the right thread, aren't I?     :whistle:

Off topic.... am binge watching Bates Motel, on 2nd season.  It's pretty good, as you said.

Use whatever word you want. Gay no longer means what it used to mean either.   "Curves" weight loss center customer profile is not  a swimsuit model.

First BOR now Coutler.  I'm glad she's not backing down.  As a conservative we need to demand our first amendment right. Suspend all the little liberal as*holes that are protesting ... but what do you expect in CA?
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.

I think you are.

Here is the latest as I heard it,   Before they uncancelled it...

UC officials, citing safety concerns, first tried to bureaucratically shrink the Coulter speech out of existence by informing Young Americans for Freedom, sponsors of the event, that Coulter could speak only in the afternoon when students were in classes; that only students could attend; and, in a Kafkaesque twist, that the location of the speech would be distant from the center of campus and not be announced until just before it occurred.

Coulter agreed to these conditions.  But she added two stipulations that called the bureaucrats’ bluff that this was about public safety rather than the suppression of the free speech of conservatives. She asked that the Chancellor not require police to stand down in the face of anticipated violence by thugs, as he has in the past; and she asked that the UC administration make it clear than any student trying violently to disrupt the speech would be expelled.

The University replied by cancelling Coulter’s speech outright.

Now you know the rest of the story.

The guy is disagreeable just for the sake of it.  He thinks he's better than the rest of us (especially women), and he has a deep need to prove how smart he is, how much he knows, and how stupid we are in every post.

But I love that Berkeley is having a cow trying to figure out what to do about her.  They haven't believed in free speech for decades, but the confusion they're having is hilarious.

SMH...The posters here can go back and read each post on this thread from the begining to see who started with the attacks with denigrating and snide comments and it wasn't me. I only responded with one rude comment about you  after you started it...as you do on every thread..I've lost track how many times I've been called child, boy or worse from you on various threads.. most of which I never responded and just let it go.

Your comments on your last two post about me above prove to others how uncouth you are and what type of person you are in real life and never have I  seen another posted attacked with such hatred as your post above.

What a Christian you are.

I was coming back after a long healthy walk to apologize to you @mirraflake for tweaking you with that comment about real men.  I know you forget all the times you've attacked me first......... in fact, I wouldn't pay any attention to you if you hadn't attacked my character and my husband's, but that's neither here nor there.

You may be disagreeable just because you feel superior to the rest of us, but I shouldn't have attacked your manhood.

Your taste in women, yes, but not your manhood.

What we all think of your maturity and hostile attitude toward women is another matter.  There's time for you to amend your views that degradation of women is healthy and normal for men, but until you do, and until you apologize to all the decent men on this forum that you've smeared, I'm keeping you on Ignore.

A promise not to poke the bear again.  I see you have sharp teeth.
