Democrats begin to wonder: When do we win?

For all the roiling anger and energy at the grassroots, the party still fell short in Georgia and Kansas. And Democratic prospects in upcoming elections aren't promising.

By Gabriel Debenedetti

As it became clear late Tuesday evening that Jon Ossoff would fall just short of the 50-percent mark in the first round of voting in a suburban Atlanta special election, Democrats back in Washington started leafing through their calendars and asking: When does the winning start?

Ossoff’s moral victory — capturing 48 percent of the vote in a conservative-oriented district — was welcome, but after two successive close-but-no-cigar finishes in House special elections in Georgia and Kansas, a new worry is beginning to set in.

Democrats begin to wonder: When do we win?

Let me look at my calendar......looks like never.

BTW, this is what happens when you make worthless events like a special House election into a make or break event.

You don't. Not unless the GOP royally screws up (as they did in 2006). There are never Trump's and hold your nose Trump votes like me who know enough to differentiate Trump from other GOP politicians, so no matter how much Trump screws up, it may not have the deleterious effect they think it will have downticket.

Of course, if the entire party becomes a bunch of Nunes and Rumplickers, then I'll start looking third party.

The Clinton Archipelago

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Ah, the Clinton Archipalego. Not a pretty place to visit any time of year.

Yeah, like I was saying yesterday, in agreement with you:  Trump won the hand, but it only mattered because the Dems were stupid enough to drive the stakes of the game to the ceiling.  They tend to do this when they start believing their own fudged press accounts.  I'd like to encourage them in this, they're doing a grand job of helping our side.

Anthony Wiener was a great example of this in Jan/Feb 2001.  Remember?

The story had come out about the vandalism perpetrated by the Clinton crew as Bush was coming in.  They removed all the "W"s from the computers and also did thousands of dollars of damage to the offices in the White House.  GWB came out and said, no no, it didn't happen that way, everything's cool.  Let's get this behind us.

So, Mr. Wiener took to a microphone on the Capitol steps and demanded an investigation into why the Republicans LIED about vandalism in the White house.  By golly, he was going to get to the bottom of this perfidy!

So there was an investigation by the GAO, which is why we knew $13,000-$14,000 of damage was done.  Good work there, Carlos.

Democrats have BEEN wining for over 200 years.

And they've turned my country into a nightmarish, Socialist, Statist pile of crap.

California Secession Movement Collapses After Leader Moves To Russia

http://www.weaselzippers.us/334825-california-secession-movement-collapses-after-leader-moves-to-russia/

These secession clowns wanted out of the Union because Trump is too close to Putin.

So their Leader, unable to bear the Trump/Putin bromance, had to move closer to Putin to get away from Trump.

Dems can't even raise a cogent argument, on Any heading, because they've made themselves prisioners of their wacko, Communist base.

They are finally figuring out just who and what you are.
