Victor David Garcia Bebek, a Peruvian national, voted three times, once in a special election in 2012, and twice more in general elections in 2012 and 2014.
 

According to a statement from Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, Bebek will be on unsupervised probation for up to three years and pay a fine of $5,000.

A better option:

The court should have offered Senor Bebek 2 options:
1. Self-deport back to Peru immediately, and sentence will be suspended. Transportation to Peru will be provided free of charge.
BUT...
2. If you re-enter the USA, and are apprehended, you will go to jail immediately, after which you will AGAIN be deported.
