A Republican California congressman was roundly booed when he discussed Susan Rice at a town hall event this weekend.

Representative Tom McClintock (R-Elk Grove) said on "Your World" that the "radical left" element in his right-leaning district used the Q&A time at the event to spout talking points.

"I didn't sense a lot of spontaneity," he said.
