Wow! The non story of the decade turned out the only way it could have. I'm SHOCKED!!!!  There are three living Rats in that district and 12 dead. That is a grand total of 15 Rats that vote there. The GOP'er was always going to win.

Don't worry Rats. There is an open seat for Dog Catcher in Gaylordsville, Connecticut. You guy have a 27% chance of winning that one and showing that evil Trump he is hated.

Remember earlier this evening when outlets were saying it would be a long night and took close to call?  They don't seem to tire of being dead wrong.

The MOV would have probably been ridiculous in a normal election campaign cycle.  Difficult to generate the same enthusiasm with special elections.

Estes won 53 percent of the vote to 46 percent for Thompson.
