The stunning news that former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice had the names of President Donald Trump’s associates unmasked continues to reverberate.

Ms. Rice’s abuse of power by using the nation’s surveillance capabilities for what appear to be political purposes has the potential to be a mega-scandal that may include Obama himself.

I realize that this is a stupid question (considering the Magic D Factor).... but....

why hasn't Rice been arrested?   

Because the US is no longer, after eight long years of the Obama administration, a nation of laws?  No longer a nation where the rule of law applies equally to everyone, regardless of skin color or ethic/religious background?  Because the radical ruling elites run this nation now and they run it in spite of the US Constitution, not in adherence to it?  All rhetorical questions that I already know the answer to.
