Our Dishonest President

By The Times Editorial Board

April 2, 2017

It was no secret during the campaign that Donald Trump was a narcissist and a demagogue who used fear and dishonesty to appeal to the worst in American voters. The Times called him unprepared and unsuited for the job he was seeking, and said his election would be a “catastrophe.”

Still, nothing prepared us for the magnitude of this train wreck. Like millions of other Americans, we clung to a slim hope that the new president would turn out to be all noise and bluster, or that the people around him in the White House would act as a check on his worst instincts, or that he would be sobered and transformed by the awesome responsibilities of office.

I think the LA Slimes is putting up a serious challenge to the NY Slimes as the most obnoxious, biased, lying newspaper in the country.  With this article, they have raised the false flag bar and it will be interesting to see if the NY Slimes are up to the task. :tongue2:

The Pravda Praetorian Media said not a word about Obama's, Reid's, Pelosi's or Schumer's blatant dishonesty Lo, these many years.

So their outcry about dishonesty is as irrelevant as years-old chewed bubble gum sticking to the underside of a picnic bench in a state park.
Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775
