During her Tuesday interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice for the first time admitted to unmasking “U.S. persons” included in intelligence reports.

“When the intelligence community would respond to a request from a senior national security official for the identity of an American, that would come back only to the person who requested it,” she first said in response to a question from Mitchell. “It would brought back to them directly… To me or whoever might have requested it.”

She explained the process, didn't say she did it (but it was within her job description if she needed to do it).  Also, it was the responsibility of the intelligence community to determine if the reason was valid - they didn't have to release names just because a person with clearance wanted it/them.

They are still just as legitimate of a news source as Fox Drudge or Breitbart.

Tying to delegitimize a news outlet because you don't like it's slant on the news is stupid.  We used to mock the Liberals when they asked the same questions about Conservative news sources.  We were all outraged every time Obama bashed Fox.

Now suddenly because Orange Julius is in office that kind of Liberal idiocy is cheered?  Please give me a break.

Personally I think the right wing media is collapsing because they adopted the behaviors and tactics of the left. They went chasing what they thought was popular but it was really a projected illusion that has now faded. I think Trump is also in the same boat and faces continued failures if he continues down this same path.
