Top 5 reasons Democrats are becoming extinct
Exclusive: Gina Loudon proves entire party is on 'collision course with failure'

Can we just start with the definition of insanity once again, and pretend like the leftist establishment is educable?

While level-headed souls grasp for answers to the real threat of Islamic terror, and illegal immigrant crime against American citizens, survey the pink-hat brigade. Its greatest concern? Global warming. Oh, pardon me. It’s “climate change” now, because the science disproved the global-warming theory, so they needed to look elsewhere.

In 2006, Al Gore stood before his Sundance audience and predicted we would all be dead from global warming by 2016. Remember?

The democrats are in no danger of becoming extinct.

Quite the contrary, they are becoming more concentrated in those "blue areas" where they predominate, such as the west coast, New England, Illinois, and in most major cities. In many these places, their lock on politics is actually increasing.

They ARE losing "the white middle", with the result that formerly blue states are actually "tipping red" as they did last November. Whether this will be a continuing trend, or a one-time fluke remains to be seen.

As a Republican, I think the best scenario we can hope for is that some of these states, such as Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Ohio and Michigan begin to display the ethnic voter profiles of the deep South. That is to say, with the lion's share of whites in those states voting Republican, while the nonwhites vote for the democrats.

This has worked well in the South for the past15-20 years.
It has the potential to do the same in the [former] rust belt states.
