    Sandra Hehir, 49, was found strangled to death in her Worcester, Massachusetts home on February 5
    DNA evidence collected at the crime scene links Jose Melendez, 54, according to authorities
    Melendez has a history of arrests, including those related to drug charges and breaking and entering
    Immigration and Customs Enforcement says Melendez is subject to deportation
