Panetta to Trump: Apologize to Obama for wiretapping claim and move on

Former Defense Secretary and CIA Director Leon Panetta said Monday that there is no evidence “at all” to back President Donald Trump’s claim that his predecessor, former President Barack Obama, ordered wiretaps inside Trump Tower during last year’s election.

The president, Panetta said, owes Obama an apology and ought to admit that “a mistake was made” when he leveled the accusation on Twitter earlier this month.

Presidents don't apologize, at least not for their actions. Obama had no problem apologizing for prior actions. Funny how he and Michelle spoke of American exceptionalism during Hillary's run for POTUS.

Apologize to Obama so the media can move on to more unfounded claims of Russian election meddling.
