Just when you thought that the certifiably insane left couldn’t get any zanier along comes a story like this.

Texas state Democrat Jessica Farrar has introduced a bill that would impose a $100 fine against men for masturbating.

She's apparently trying to make "a point", but it's nonsensical.  Women can still masturbate and have sex.  It's not until the point of pregnancy that the law steps in at all.

Without reading the article I wonder why men are targeted over women.  Women can masturbate freely, but men should be taxed?  Sorry, but I have no desire to read anything this creature has to say.

I know she is an abject imbecile, but since she is codifying her lunacy into an actual bill - the following questions must be asked:

•  How does she intend to monitor individuals for violation of said 'taxable offense'???  What agency will be required to collect the 'emissions' for evidence in court?

•  Is there a 1-800 snitch number to report violations or will cameras be set up to monitor for violations?

•  Is mutual masturbation with a partner exempt?

• Does this include oral sex 'emissions' because it is sans vagina?

• Is the male homosexual community exempt from this law as their behavioral existence sits upon the act?

• If the above is exempt, is it not discrimination against heterosexual men?

• What agency will be  in charge of 'counseling men' who want to purchase Viagra?  What criteria will be counseled?

Can we offer, in rebuttal to this lunacy parading as women's rights - to immediately strip representatives of their office and remit them to psycho wards because they pose a danger to themselves and everyone else while wasting our time and money to make stupid grandstanding statements in acts of protest?
