 A man who allegedly smashed a Metropolitan Museum of Art guard over the head with a glass bottle has been charged with a hate crime for calling the guard a "n----r," the Daily News has learned.

Brandon Aebersold, 33, hurled the hateful insult at the guard during the attack in the iconic Upper East Side art museum about 6:15 p.m. Friday, court papers say.

Especially not when they are from elsewhere as many 'New Yorkers' are.

We have no problem with Golden State b-ball player Andre Igoudala recently using the "n word" repeatedly in an interview, referring to his employer as "massa," though, in case anyone wondered.
