Hollywood Lauds #DayWithoutAWoman: ‘The Future is Female’By Sarah Stites | March 8, 2017 | 1:08 PM EST0sharesTinsel Town is taking the “Day Without a Woman” quite seriously.According to a Hollywood Reporter report, many entertainment companies have lent support to the movement by holding events, focusing content on women and encouraging female staffers to take the day off. Meanwhile, celebrities have been tweeting in solidarity. UTA, one of the largest talent repping agencies in the world, is holding fundraisers for women-focused charities. MTV and Film Independent have automated their social media platforms (largely run by women), while Fusion TV is focusing programming on female-centered content. Digital studio New Form is shut down for the day. Source URL: http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/culture/sarah-stites/2017/03/08/hollywood-lauds-daywithoutawoman-future-female
I don't understand why the different ethnic/gender/LGBT grievance groups can't see that pronouncements like 'the future is female' projects the same kind of exclusivity they endlessly claim to have been victimized by.
I see that nitwit Adele tweeted out a message that women have to be twice as good at something to be thought half as well as men. And she added that luckily, that's not too difficult. We'll see who she calls the next time she needs some work done at her mansion or her fleets of cars need fixing. Whaddya bet it will be males who will be fixing things for her?
Liberals aren't bound by the same standards they hold everyone else to...either by word or deed.Same reason why BLM can be as racist as they want and no one complains.
I invite them to go to the first muslim dominant city in the US, Hamtramack, Michigan, and see if the future looks female since it also looks muslim.
Besides, without men, who will Taylor Swift exploit for her next songwriting hatchet job?
BTW its also more proof that groups that identify by race, gender or whatever always ultimately wind up supremacist movements.
