Big Story About Khizr Khan’s Travel Trouble Now Smells Like Fake News

In reports timed to perfectly coincide with President Trump’s updated executive order on travel restrictions, Democratic Party surrogate Khizr Khan just happened to pop up with a wild story that at face value would seem to indicate that he was being singled out for political persecution by the Trump administration..
The pocket constitution waving angry Muslim who was trundled out to great fanfare on the last night of the Democratic National Convention has become somewhat of a go-to guy for those who accuse Trump of being a Muslim hating fanatic and who need a prominent spokesman.
The unfortunate and tragic death of Khan’s son – Army Captain Humayun Khan – in Iraq and the Gold Star father designation that comes with the sacrifice has made him pretty much immune to criticism – the left understands this perfectly too and they cynically exploit it (and Khan) to the max.
