Too many bureaucrats out there working who are 10-25% utilized. 

About damn time we start running this government more like a business

Just as troops break stride crossing bridges so that their resonant frequency doesn't destroy the bridge, Lets us all Stay in Stride and destroy the "unaccountable bureaucracy"
