A former policy adviser to President Obama is firing back at President Trump's claim that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower, saying it didn't happen — at least not under Obama's orders.

There is also the possibility that a legal warrant was issued by FISA with all the t's dotted and i's crossed. I don't think they would be so stupid as to not follow all legal guidelines for something like this. That isn't saying the final evidence was true, but if it was administered legally, this storyline could backfire.
