Welp so far all I've seen is an article that links to another article that links to another article and so on and so forth until and the end of the linked article chain it seems this is all based on some unnamed sources.
The entire thing could be complete bullshit. Which would make Trump look like an even bigger idiot.
A worse prospect everyone should be prepared for. What if the warrants were properly administered. What if sufficient evidence was given for issuing the warrant even under the most non-objective guidelines? Could there be a backfire in this regarding the 'Russia' connection story, maybe not with Trump himself but we do know some in his circle, like Manafort did have ongoing relationships and deals with Russia. Not saying it would support the Dem's storyline, but it would give them talking points to keep it going.
It could be a set up.
I can imagine it now, the Dems go up on the Hill with the line:
See, the evidence of voter manipulation by the Russians was so severe, the main counter terrorism court, FISA issued a warrant to investigate this using rules established under the Bush administration. If I were to write a fictional story along these lines with a highly manipulative left playing games, I couldn't come up with a better twist. They bait Trump to talk about the wiretapping then they turn it on him and show the evidence presented to the court that justified a legal warrant for wiretapping. In this case, it is less Watergate, more Gambino (legal, authorized wiretap brought down family).
