I can't ever remember disagreeing with you Bigun, but in this I do.

The Dems/MSM will not let up until Sessions resigns....the only caveat is Trump and if he will let it happen.

No it doesn't. At least not as a legal matter.  It is a well known FACT that Sesions was an operative in the Trump campaign.  There is no denying that and therefore recusing himself from any and all investigations of that campaign is completely right and proper. 

That doesn't mean that the media won't try to make hay out of it.
