@Freya We just ended up adopting out latest foster. He is an 8 year old Cocker mix. He is blind and has Epileptic like seizures.. He is a total daddy dog and cuddles with me every time I get into the recliner. He loves going for walks and has no fear at all.
Vergette and I are doing everything we can to spoil him rotten.
@verga , every apartment I've lived in had a no dog rule, so I've had cats. Some day I would like a dog.
When I was a child, my sister and I wanted a dog, but my mother was adamant against it. Someone, probably another neighborhood mom,,told her she would be stuck walking it and taking care of it, despite how much the kids promised they would do it.
